Randy Allen headshot

Randy Allen is a seasoned real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in property management and real estate throughout the Central Texas area. A proud native of the region, he was born in Austin and graduated from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin. He earned his Texas real estate broker’s license at the age of 22 and obtained his CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1993.

As the former CEO of one of Austin’s largest association management companies, Randy spent more than three decades building a strong reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and client service. Since 1984, he has managed both residential and commercial properties for homeowners, associations, and investors across Central Texas.

Following the sale of his previous company in 2018, Randy has returned to the industry with a renewed vision—this time partnering with his son.

Today, Randy is the CEO and owner of Wildwood Management Group, a family-operated firm based in San Antonio, with plans to expand into Austin. Wildwood embodies the same core values that have guided Randy throughout his career: strong local expertise, family stewardship, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Misti Jacobs brings nearly two decades of experience in HOA management, having started her career in 2007. She holds both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations, reflecting her commitment to excellence and ethical leadership.

Misti began as an Administrative Assistant and quickly advanced to Community Association Manager, working closely with Developers and Boards to support thriving communities. Her career includes leadership roles at several respected San Antonio firms, culminating in her role as Director of Management Operations. She has also served on the CAI Educational Committee, helping train and educate Board Members and Community Association Managers across the industry.

Today, as Vice President of Operations at Wildwood, Misti leads strategic initiatives, drives operational excellence, and mentors emerging professionals. Her deep industry knowledge, collaborative approach, and passion for community development make her a trusted leader and invaluable asset to the organization.

Luana began her career in property management in 1985 and quickly distinguished herself by leveraging her education and experience to foster a dynamic and motivating team environment. Her exceptional energy and meticulous attention to detail consistently deliver a level of service and performance that exceeds client expectations.

Veronica Tyler

Veronica joined Wildwood in June 2023, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in property management. She is a certified M-100 professional and holds both a Texas Real Estate License and an RBI License. Veronica specializes in financial management, conflict resolution, and property maintenance. A San Antonio native, she combines local insight with professional expertise to serve her communities with excellence.

With over 10 years of experience in property management, Wendy brings a calm, customer-focused approach to every situation. Bilingual and deeply committed to serving diverse communities, she moved to San Antonio 11 years ago and proudly calls it home. Wendy is passionate about creating safe, well-maintained living environments and excels at building strong relationships with Homeowners and Board Members alike.

Jennifer Gutierrez

Originally from sunny San Diego, California, Jennifer Gutierrez has proudly called San Antonio home for the past 21 years. With over 29 years of experience in retail management, she brings a wealth of customer service expertise and leadership to her current role in property management. Jennifer recently embarked on an exciting new chapter as a Community Association Manager, where she applies her extensive background in team leadership and customer care to serve residents and communities. Her transition from retail to association management reflects her adaptability, dedication and passion for helping people and meeting their needs.

Rosalyn Reyes

Rosalyn has been a valued member of the Wildwood team since 2007, serving as our Accounts Receivables Specialist. With a strong aptitude for numbers and a deep understanding of HOA accounting practices, Roz ensures accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail contribute significantly to the smooth financial operations of the communities we serve.

Suzanne joined Wildwood in 2018 and plays a key role in managing the processing of resales and ownership transfers. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for Homeowners and buyers alike.

With over 20 years of experience in HOA financial management, Laura brings unmatched precision and efficiency to every aspect of her work. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep industry knowledge, she ensures financial operations run smoothly and accurately. Quick, thorough, and highly dependable, Laura is a vital asset to both our team and the communities we serve.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Maria is dedicated to resolving inquiries efficiently, enhancing client satisfaction, and building lasting relationships. She is known for consistently delivering exceptional service and creating positive, solution-focused experiences for every customer she supports.
