Randy Allen is a seasoned real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in property management and real estate throughout the Central Texas area. A proud native of the region, he was born in Austin and graduated from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin. He earned his Texas real estate broker’s license at the age of 22 and obtained his CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1993.

As the former CEO of one of Austin’s largest association management companies, Randy spent more than three decades building a strong reputation for leadership, operational excellence, and client service. Since 1984, he has managed both residential and commercial properties for homeowners, associations, and investors across Central Texas.

Following the sale of his previous company in 2018, Randy has returned to the industry with a renewed vision—this time partnering with his son, Aric.

Today, Randy is the CEO and owner of Wildwood Management Group, a family-operated firm with offices in San Antonio and Austin. Wildwood embodies the same core values that have guided Randy throughout his career: strong local expertise, family stewardship, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

With more than 18 years of experience in the community management industry, Aric Allen brings seasoned operational leadership and extensive financial oversight to his role as Chief Operating Officer of Wildwood Management Group. He works closely with Boards of Directors to ensure communities are managed efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with each association’s governing documents and long‑term objectives.

A core strength of Aric’s leadership is his deep knowledge of association budgeting and financial planning. He has guided communities through annual budget preparation, reserve planning coordination, expense control, and long‑range capital forecasting, helping Boards make informed decisions while protecting financial stability and property values. His approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and proactive financial management.

Aric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Construction Management, allowing him to bridge financial strategy with the practical realities of property maintenance and infrastructure planning. This combination enables him to support Boards not only in setting realistic budgets, but also in understanding how operating decisions, vendor contracts, and capital projects impact the association’s bottom line.

Known for his collaborative and responsive leadership style, Aric is committed to building strong partnerships with Board members and homeowners alike. His focus is to provide Boards with confidence: confidence in their financial plans, confidence in operational execution, and confidence that their community is being managed with professionalism, integrity, and long‑term vision.
