Required Insurance & Certifications for Vendors
Wildwood Management Group prioritizes risk management for the communities we serve. All vendors must maintain:
- $1 million General Liability (per occurrence)
- $2 million Aggregate Liability
- Workers’ Compensation per Texas statute (or waiver statement if exempt)
- Commercial Auto at $500,000 combined single limit
- Specialty licenses (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) when applicable
Upload certificates directly through the Vendor Portal so your profile always stays active. Expired documents automatically trigger reminders 30 days before renewal.
