How to Submit Your Architectural Request for Review
- Open the Vantaca Owner Portal using the secure link below.
- Log In with your registered e‑mail and password.
- Click on ‘Requests’ then select ‘ARC Request’ and choose your project type (paint, fence, solar, landscape, etc.).
- Upload Plans & Photos—site surveys, color swatches, material specs.
- Click ‘Submit Form’ to send your request. The review committee will receive your request instantly.
